WHAT WILL I RECEIVE IN MY SURPRISE PACKAGE?
You will receive items of jewelry hand picked by Jayne from our exclusive fashion jewelry collection at Charmed Rock. Your item(s) each month are guaranteed to be of a greater value than your monthly subscription. (Post & Packaging included). Perhaps you'll receive one of our beautiful charm bracelets (e.g. €12.99), along with one of our super cute charm necklaces (e.g. €8.99)...and you pay ONLY €15! ...and P&P is included!
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY FIRST SURPRISE?
Your first surprise package will be shipped within 3 working days of your very first monthly payment and each awesome parcel will arrive on an ongoing monthly basis following the first. Estimated delivery time via standard post with the Irish Postal Service, AnPost, is as follows:
- Estimated delivery time to Rep. Of Ireland is Overnight to one working day.
- Estimated delivery time to the UK and Europe is 2-3 working days.
- Estimated delivery time to the US is 5-10 working days.
- Estimated delivery time to Rest Of World is 7-14 working days.
WHAT IF I DON'T LIKE MY SURPRISE?
You are more than welcome to return your mystery package for a full refund if you are not happy with it. Please send a request to jaynesjewelsonline@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your package if you would like to arrange a return. Your subscription for that month will be refunded upon receipt of your returned parcel. Please note that all items must be returned to us in their original packaging. All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer/subscriber.
CAN I HAVE THE SURPRISE PACKAGE SENT TO A FRIEND?
Yes of course! You can arrange to have your surprise package sent to an alternative address as a gift for a friend or relative if you like. Just send us an email to jaynesjewelsonline@gmail.com with details of the new address and we will ensure that it is re-routed. Please ask us to include a special note too, it will be our pleasure.

HOW DO I CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION?
We would be very sorry to see you go and would welcome any feedback you can give us to ensure that you are thrilled and delighted with your surprise parcel each month. If you would still like to cancel your monthly subscription to our Mystery Surprise Package, please send an email to jaynesjewelsonline@gmail.com or click the 'Unsubscribe' button at the end of this page. Your monthly subscription will be cancelled within 24hrs.
